GSport awards

gsport is undergoing a summer makeover, and we're so excited about the new features we're able to roll out to continue to ensure your experience is a pleasant one. Fittingly, our theme for November is INSPIRATION!

Our sport of choice is CRICKET, which coincides with the South African women's cricket team's tour to Pakistan and the women's provincial cricket leagues which are ongoing around the country.

We discuss the state of the women's provincial cricket set-up with leading administrators and players, plus we share 10 Tips to Improve Your Cricket, and we get expert opinion on the best way to approach Twenty20 cricket.

We're delighted to share three Inspirational Personal Accounts with you this month, as hiking fanatic Nicky Knapp tells us about a fascinating trip to Norway, Sibongile Khulu shares her experience of working on the recent ICC World Twenty20, and Mari-Louise van Staden encourages young women to take up kickboxing.

Sporting Chance features as November's Star Search, and demonstrate the benefits of sport to South Africa's youth. In our 5 minute chat we catch up with Esther Watson, organizer of the Outeniqua Wheelchair Challenge, and find out about plans for next year's event.

The Penny Heyns series continues with the second of three articles focused on Action. This month, Penny discusses the importance of visualizing your goals, while gsport's resident Wonder Woman Sharon Lee Plaskitt weighs in with tips on getting going.

Finally, gsport's Feature Articles sponsor Clinique tell us abut the Enduring Nature of Clinique's Aromatics ElixirTM in its November Newsletter.

If you're having a great year and are feeling inspired, or you're craving inspiration as you prepare for 2008, then you will enjoy this month's Clinique Feature Articles.
