A young Russian choreographer will arrive in South Africa next week to spend a month with Golden Lions Gymnastics in Johannesburg to assist South Africa’s top gymnasts prepare for the 2010 World Championships.

The SA Cup Artistic Gymnastic Competition, dubbed as one of the oldest Gymnastic competitions in Africa, makes a comeback following a 13 year absence, at the Matsport Centre, 18 Edwards Road, Elgoraigne, Gauteng, from Friday 6 November, to Saturday 7 November.

After the recent South African artistic gymnastics championships, it is clear the London 2012 South African women's Olympians will come from Ilse Laing's Johannesburg Gymnastics Centre, following the club's junior gymnasts taking up the first four places at the recent South African championships.
